Refund Policy

Refund & Chargeback Policy – AzanGuru

AzanGuru is a digital Quran learning platform providing online course access upon successful payment. By purchasing any course on AzanGuru, the user agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Digital Product

  • All courses offered on AzanGuru are digital services.
  • Course access is granted immediately or within a reasonable activation time after successful payment.
  • Once digital access is provided, it is deemed as service delivery initiation.

2. Strict Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable except in cases strictly qualifying under the Valid Refund Conditions mentioned below.
  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of payment.
  • After 7 days, no refund request will be entertained under any circumstances.

3. Valid Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be considered if:

A. Verified Duplicate Payment

  • Multiple payments were made unintentionally for the same course within the same active duration.
  • Both payments are verified in the system.
  • The second payment did not result in:
    • Extended validity
    • Renewal
    • Activation of an additional course
    • Any added benefit or access

If any additional access, renewal, or benefit has been granted, the payment will not be treated as duplicate and refund will not apply.

B. Payment Deducted but No Service Delivered

Refund may be considered only if:

  • Payment was successfully deducted,
  • User raised a written complaint through official support channels (WhatsApp/Email),
  • AzanGuru failed to provide course access within 72 working hours after receiving the complaint.

Failure to contact support before requesting a refund will automatically disqualify the request.

C. System Billing Error

  • Incorrect amount charged due to verified technical malfunction.
  • Incorrect course activated due to system error.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund will NOT be granted if:

  • Course access has been activated.
  • User has logged into the platform after payment.
  • Course has been partially or fully accessed.
  • Validity has expired and renewal payment is being disputed.
  • User claims change of mind.
  • User claims lack of time or personal reasons.
  • User did not raise complaint within 7 days.
  • User did not allow 72 working hours for issue resolution.
  • User files a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting AzanGuru support.

5. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

If a user initiates a chargeback, bank dispute, or payment reversal without contacting AzanGuru support:

  • AzanGuru reserves the right to immediately suspend course access.
  • The user may be permanently restricted from future access.
  • AzanGuru reserves the right to submit proof of:
    • Successful payment
    • IP login records
    • Course activation logs
    • Access timestamps
    • Policy acceptance confirmation

Digital access logs shall serve as valid proof of service delivery.

6. Processing Terms

  • Approved refunds may take 7–10 working days.
  • Payment gateway charges and transaction fees may be deducted.
  • Final refund eligibility decision rests solely with AzanGuru and shall be binding.

7. Policy Acceptance

By completing payment on AzanGuru, the user acknowledges that:

  • They have read and agreed to the Refund Policy.
  • They understand that digital services begin upon activation.
  • They agree not to misuse refund or chargeback mechanisms.
